Franklin Auto Repair

The service is amazing here, as well as efficient. Dan and Bin did a great job on my car during last visit. I needed an oil change and a recharge of my A/C. Price was reasonable and affordable. I've been taking my car here since moving from NC over a year ago. My friends recommended getting my car serviced here, since they get their vehicles serviced here.😊

Dan at Franklin Auto Repair provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed quickly, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Dan definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend Franklin Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance!

I have taken two vehicles to Franklin Auto Repair so far. First vehicle needed collision body work, and Dan and his crew's work was perfection. You could not tell a single difference in the before and after! The second vehicle was my first ever vehicle that had sat for 10+ years and required a full engine replacement. Dan and his crew tackled the full engine repair, full brake replacement, and AC condenser with ease. The truck is riding better than it did ten years ago! Franklin's work is exceptional and will be returning for any vehicle issues moving forward. Extremely easy to work with and excellent prices. Highly recommend for any auto repair need.

I had a great experience working with Dan at Franklin Auto Repair. I needed my timing chain replaced, and after being quoted nearly $1,000 more by another shop, I was so relieved to find Dan and his team. My dad is extremely particular about who works on his vehicles and refuses to take his cars anywhere except Franklin Auto Repair. When my car needed repairs, he insisted on taking it to Dan, and now I completely understand why. Dan was honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, worked with both my dad and me, and made what could have been a stressful repair experience feel easy. The work was completed quickly, the price was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Dan has earned our family’s trust for years. I highly recommend Dan and Franklin Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, and exceptional service.

These guys are awesome! They truly saved me when my car started misfiring while I was out of town, and I had no way to get home. They quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repairs, and even took care of other needed work on my car at the same time. Best of all, they had me back on the road within just a couple of hours. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for their honesty and efficiency, I highly recommend them!
